Location is fantastic, right by Times Square. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee shop had great snacks. Room was a bit outdated and could use a fridge. They offer bicycle rentals which is a fun way to explore nearby. Had some noise from the street at night.

Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan offers fantastic views from the 33rd floor and is perfectly situated in the theater district. Staff were accommodating, and the spacious rooms provided comfort during our stay. customer service could be improved, and lack of breakfast options was disappointing.

The hotel’s location is its strongest asset. Quick access to diverse restaurants and theaters made it convenient. The bar staff—Martin, Tony, Victor, and Phillip—were particularly engaging. the room left much to be desired. It was uncomfortably hot, with ineffective air conditioning and poor lighting in the bathroom. Housekeeping needs to double-check locks; my room was left unlocked. Multiple service requests went unanswered, and the fridge fee felt unreasonable. The absence of complimentary water bottles was also disappointing. Though past experiences here were positive, this visit failed to meet expectations. For the price paid, I won’t be returning or recommending it to others. Aim higher next time.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Times Square. Cleaning service could be better, noticed some areas missed. Enjoyed the convenient bike rental available. Room decor feels a bit dated, could use some updates.

The room was surprisingly spacious with a fantastic view of Times Square from the 19th floor. Beds were big and incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. Ronald, our server, made dinner a delight with his local tips and charm. Unfortunately, the reception staff lacked warmth and clarity, and the valet service was hit or miss; one friendly guy helped us when others didn’t. A mini fridge would have been a nice touch, but nothing dampened the great vibe. Just wish the breakfast options were better for those with mobility issues. Super enjoyable overall!

Great location and friendly staff, but room cleanliness needs improvement.

Spent an afternoon at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Discovery Times Square. Enjoyed shopping on Fifth Avenue. Crowne Plaza had great event spaces and no obstructed views.
I absolutely loved being overcharged and ignored, of course.

Our experience at the hotel during the New Year's celebrations at Times Square was absolutely magical! With the bustling energy, vibrant lights, and the iconic ball drop just a stone's throw away, we created unforgettable memories with our family. The convenient location made it easy for us to navigate the city and explore popular attractions like Central Park and Broadway shows.
My kids wished for a more extensive children's menu at the hotel restaurant.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from everything and easy to explore. The rooms are spacious with great views and the beds are super comfy.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for.

Location was really convenient for exploring the city. Had to wait 45 minutes to check bags, which was frustrating.

I loved how this hotel is right in the heart of Times Square, with easy walks to thrilling attractions like the Museum of Modern Art and the Empire State Building, making it a fantastic base for weekend strolls around the city; the staff was super nice and we even got early check-in which was a bonus, but the cleanliness of the rooms could definitely use some improvement.

During my recent stay at Crowne Plaza, I was quite pleased with the overall experience. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Times Square, offering easy access to many attractions and dining options. The corner room on the 27th floor provided stunning views of Times Square, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the modern bathroom was stocked with a variety of toiletries, adding a nice touch to the stay. there were a few areas that could be improved upon. The air conditioning unit in the room stopped working, and despite being told that someone would come to fix it, nobody showed up. This made it a bit uncomfortable during the stay. there was a lack of heating in the room, and the bed clothes were quite light, making it difficult to stay warm during the night. The $40 allowance for breakfast turned out to be a bit disappointing, as I was expecting a full-service breakfast option. I would consider staying at Crowne Plaza again in the future, hoping that these issues are addressed for a more comfortable experience.

Great location and friendly staff. Check-in process was frustrating and rooms needed updates.

The bed was huge and comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep despite the bustling location. We had a spacious room, though it felt a bit outdated. The bathroom left much to be desired with its old fixtures. Temperature control worked well. The Wi-Fi wasn’t free, which felt disappointing. Cell reception on the 22nd floor was inconsistent, often leaving us without service. The housekeeping staff was welcoming and friendly, always greeting us. Lighting issues upon check-in were frustrating, as was the lack of amenities like a kettle. The café near the lobby was a convenient touch for morning coffee.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I loved the convenient bar's late hours and the little coffee spot next to the lobby for my morning fix.
It takes a while for hot water to show up, so plan your showers wisely.

Our room was so hot, even after engineering fiddled with the window. With kids, we ended up with it wide open, but the noise and light from Times Square made sleep impossible. Totally frustrating experience!

The staff treated me like family, going above and beyond! My room was clean, spacious, and super comfy. Just steps away from Broadway—seriously, the location couldn't be better!
Strongly recommend! ❤️❤️

Had a blast being close to Times Square and all the excitement! Room was comfy and clean, the bed was dreamy, and the location was unbeatable. The stunning view from our corner room was a real cherry on top. Staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze and ensuring we had everything we needed.
Disappointed by the lack of room service and pool, despite being advertised. The high prices at the bar left a sour taste, and some staff interactions were less than welcoming.

stayed at the crowne plaza in the middle of the city, and the room was surprisingly quiet at night. the fantastic gym was a definite selling point. the staff was friendly and helpful. fantastic location within walking distance of everything. comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and great A/C. beautiful view from both the room and the bar. very clean room with outstanding shower.
Could not be improved in any way 🌟

The location was great! Right in the heart of Times Square and near a subway station for easy city exploration. The staff was friendly and professional, especially the housekeeping team who were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. It felt comfortable having teenagers in the bustling city.
There were issues with communication and charges, with confusion between the hotel and third, party bookings resulting in billing discrepancies and transportation mix, ups. The noise from Times Square made it difficult to sleep during the day, and the lack of in, room amenities like a minibar and water was disappointing.

My friends and I had a lit time for New Year's at Times Square, watching the ball drop super close! The hotel had comfy beds to crash on after partying all night, and the view from our room on the 37th floor was sick!
One thing that could make the stay even better for us party animals would be having a rooftop bar or lounge at the hotel for pre-gaming before hitting the town! .

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and had a great view of Times Square. However, the vending machines were empty, leaving me thirsty after a long day. I'll recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for its prime location near Times Square, where I wanted to visit. But I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing views from the highest outdoor terrace bar in New York City and the excellent catering and culinary team.
Computer system issues upon arrival.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The proximity to Times Square, Broadway, and various restaurants and theaters was unbeatable. The hotel itself was beautiful and luxurious, with comfortable beds and a warm atmosphere. We loved the buffet breakfast, which had a large selection and plenty of tea and coffee. the Crowne Plaza provided a great experience during our business trip.
That the bathroom could use some touch-ups. The wallpaper around the baseboards was stained and peeling, and the shower handle cover was loose, potentially causing water damage.
